Return / Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refund

  • If no sales occur within 90 days, users can request a refund.
  • If at least one sale occurs, the refund request is invalid.

2. Refund Request Process

  • Refunds must be claimed via CRM (crm.tosaos.com).
  • The process may take up to 90 days (3 months).
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Conditions

  • Voluntary plan cancellation before 90 days.
  • Wallet balance refunds unless explicitly stated.
  • If TOSAOS declares bankruptcy, wallet funds will not be refunded.
